The Perfect Pancake recipe

 

Ever since I got this recipe from my good friend Linda, pancakes became a part of our everyday quarantine routine ( by everyday- I mean literally everyday). This no fail, kid friendly, and husband favorite will surely please your entire family.   

Prep time 5 mins

Cook time 10 mins

 

 Perfect morning Pancakes:

1 cup of Flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1/4 cup of oil
chocolate chips-optional
(in our house we do some with
and some without ; to please everyone)
Wisk and spoon onto heated pan
( I like to use a nonstick pan to avoid pancake damage :)
When you start to notice air bubbles in the pancakes ( as show below)
they are ready to be flipped.
